Hey guys,
Ive been training a while now, doing my best e.t.c. but not been seeing great gains, Ive finally decided Ive got to start a new structured program, I have all the nutrition info sorted and all that, I have about 6 weeks or so now when I have full use of a fully equipped gym, Im in my teens so dont want to hurt my back, growth e.t.c. but I just need a good program to build chest mass, suggestions on how you judge what weights to use for sets would also be helpful, any suggestion,
thanks alot

Get a routine that allows you to build over-all mass. Your body likes to grow proportionately. Don't favor one part over another. The guys that do that look ridiculous(i.e. big chest, but no traps, shoulders, or arms).

You will only see growth if you work every part of your body. I was in your shoes not to long ago. I realize that the size does not really matter its the overall balance. You must not only work your upper body you must also work the lower to get balance and see growth. Get a 8 week program from here and you will see changes.

Nickybb if your looking for just chest mass,I would do heavy bench presses and incline bench press, thats it dont worry about flyes, pec deck. Those dont build mass, use heavy weight for 8 to 5 reps going up in a pyramid fashion, more weight less reps.always warm up before working out and aft.
