I am a 6'-1" male, 210 pouonds. I have the classic cheeseburger & fries shape...thick around the middle! I have a Bowflex which I liove to use. Last August I was at 173#. I have the ability to drop pounds and can do so quite rapidly if heavily monitoring my diet. I know that restricting calories too much will just cause problems if I do regain...so, my question...I need a "trick" to stay motivated & not lose sight of trying to gain lean mass and lose ALOT of fat!

You don't have a great pic of yourself where you are looking fit and slim?!!!!

Then just think of yourself looking great and all the girlies are going to run after this tall, strong and handsome guy!!!!!

Remember to track all your progress ect. Using the ft programs and writing down all the weight and inputing into the charts here at ft is awesome. Track everything, weight, waist, arms, ect, calories, weight per exercise, and watch yourself grow!

I appreciate the comments. I think this forum will help with motivation. I don't really have much support...home, friends, etc...it seems that I am the only one who is into this.
