Ok , so here's the deal , i recently started doing this exercise and i raelly like it . The only problem is when i get the clean and have it on my chest , my wrists take a beatin' and kind of hurt. I was wondering if this is normal till your wrists get used to it or its just poor flexibility ?

Try wrist wraps for now. My wrists get a bit sore from power cleans and the clean and jerk, but it's not a big issue. Once I get above 225 or so, I wrap 'em. I leave the wraps a little looser than usual to retain the flexiblity in my wrists. Just tighten the wraps enough for some added support.
