What a revoltingly juvenile response. As already quite clearly stated, if you took time to read. I?m not a big eater.. So telling me to eat less is completely redundant.. Isn?t it princess?
I?m concerned about the impact that over feeding will have?
I subject if your incapable of making a valid and mature contribution.. And can only act like a slimy adolescent... you refrain from commenting and participating society in general... basically what I?m saying is grow up you revolting simpleton
Does anyone have any sensible answer.. That don?t start with a massively pretention ?yo yo?

You need to eat according to your goals. Either reduce calories for cutting weight, or increase calories for gaining muscle. You can't really do both at the same time. As far as shakes go, if you're trying to gain muscle, use them for post workout nutrition. Eat as much clean food as you can and just use the shake after a workout. Don't get too caught up in the magazine hype, just keep it basic with good whole food. If you want to lose weight, a post work out shake is still a good idea, but make sure it's just whey protein and not a "weight gainer"(i.e. full of extra calories) shake.
