Dark matter is a newer supplement, I personally cannot give you first hand information as I have not used it, but looked at it in the store. Nothing special, fancy name. I put it back on the shelf.

Ya gotta pick one or the other. Do you want to get bigger or get leaner? Your diet is crucial to both goals. The best supplement is food. If you want to get bigger, get the proper strength training program and eat as many clean calories as you can.

Well I want to get bigger but I'm on a reaal tight budget. I just want some kind of meal plan thats easy, affordable and that works. Because this is my first day actually following my nutrition intake from this site and it goes by follows

Protein - 249 g
Carbohydrates - 415 g
Fats - 92 g
Total Calories - 3320

I mean thats a lot of numbers to fill in I have a busy schedule so I'm trying to having more of bars then anything else. Ok well back to your question, I want to get bigger. Is there like a meal plan i can get that goes according to my daily life??..... and my budget lol

4000 calories a day is a tough number to hit with just food.(trust me, I'm at the end of a bulking cycle myself) Believe it or not, one of the things I used to get my calories up is milk. I have a glass with every snack and meal.(that's tacking-on a good 600 calories a day right there).
Another thing that has helped me is just using a good post workout shake. I really like Cytogainer(about 600 calories), but it runs out at about $2.50 a serving, so I just use it post workout.
Other than those two things, I just eat as cleanly as possible, and as much as possible. Try buying chicken breast or lean cuts of steak in bulk to save some money. It'll hurt your wallet up front, but save you money in the long run.

Creatine dose help you in the strength category, but you have to make sure that when you lift, you're always challenging yourself. Say your lifting heavy for 3 sets of 6 reps; when you can fully complete all three sets, with good form, at the current weight, it's time to add a little. Keep challenging yourself. Otherwise the creatine is for nothing. Oh, and I usually take it(5 grams) before, and right after working out. Don't mix it with water and let it sit, drink it right away.
