Ok it sounds like i'm on the right track then I do keep a bottle of peanuts at my desk and tuna for when I get really hungry and I park really far away so I'll just keep to my current routine then.

Take a walk over lunch, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away from the building, etc.

Snacks - get some almonds or walnuts, maybe peanuts or peanut butter as well. Protein and fats.

Drink lots of water, not only great for your body but gives you a reason to get up and away from your desk to go piss :)
Its all too easy to get caught up in work and never leave your desk!

And definately walk during your lunch, clears your head and gives your body a wake up.

Hope thats some help.

Ok so I'm still trying to tone up I'm going 90 days strong and I'm starting to see some results but I think my day job is making my goals come shorter than they should. I'm a graphic artist so I'm at my desk all day so I'm just curious to what other people are doing or eating to fight this. I've been snacking on fruits all day like pineapple, strawberries, etc to try stop me from snacking on junk. Is there like a mid day exercise that people do at work to keep things moving?

Thanks in advance
