Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on my current situation. I've been on track for over a year now. Meaning that I've been dieting and excerising. I've finally reached my goal. I went from 280 to 207 lbs. Not that I care what people think, but people are telling me not to lose anymore weight and all that stuff.
Anyways, I've been working out about 5 days a week. What I do is take my bike down to the beach where I live. It's about a 3 minute ride. When I get there I do some push ups, and dips and sometimes crunches. In between my sets I'm doing semi-sprints in the sand. Oh and sometimes, if it's not too wet, I do pull ups on the lifeguard post. Along with that, I switch off by doing some presses and rows with some 50 lbs dumbells at home with a almost broken bench. I've seen a small hint of results already, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice.
I still eat almost the same as when I started dieting, except now I have a fair share of carbs (but only the healthy ones like whole wheat). Any takers?

Are you looking to join a gym or continue your outdoors workouts? You need to progressively increase your workload, which means more weight or more reps or more density.
Good job on your progress so far! keep it up!

I don't have enough money to join a gym at the present moment, but I'm starting school soon and they might have a facility for the students. I'm sure that I would jump light speeds ahead if I had all that expensive equipment, but I've actually done everything "po' boy" style. Pretty crazy huh?
