I'm new to this site, and I'm not really sure how to go about getting a routine put together. Im a 17 yo male. I've been smoking pot really heavy lately, and haven't really been active since I quit my job. I thought I knew a little bit about nutrition, but since reading on here I know I have alot to learn. I use to be fat when I was younger (around 15) and I got taller around 16 and 17, so it wasnt noticable anymore. But these munchies have been killing me, and im starting to gain some flab back. Whats the best way to start, what should I be doing. Im clueless ?_?
