legs if your program includes deads than that will work your entire body. lifting will build muscle and muscle burns fat. lifting will help tone your entire body. work in cardio if you have to every other day or something. freetrainers has been around for like 7 years or so if they didn't know what they were talking about they wouldn't be here. its always a good idea to work the entire body. you cant spot reduce anyway.
