I am 14 and 5'7 and weigh 140. I want to become slimmer. My gut still hangs out slightly and it pulls out big time when I eat lol. I am wide in the hips more than anything. Idk how to get rid of it! lol. Pls help me out. My BMI thing from the doctor says I am fine but idk, I think that i have all fat and no muscle but idk lol. Please give me excersises and foods i such avoid and eat. I want to start my new life now!
Check the main site directory for a beginners work out routine, and make sure you're eating as clean as possible. Fat doesn't ever turn into muscle, but you'd be surprised at what putting on a little muscle can do for getting rid of it.
