Water after meal

My trainer just told me that you should wait for atleast 45 minutes post your meal or snacks to drink water. This is good for fat loss.

Is this true?

Drink water anytime. Fat breaks down via hydrolysis, which requires water. Don't deprive yourself of it at anytime.

I will say false for the fact I believe it's the water that keeps you from adding more food into your body to quench the thirst.

I have been taught and it worked for me is to eat my meal and if still hungry drink 2 glasses of water and if 20 minutes later I'm still hungry I should eat.
