I don't have a clue how to do workout sets. Do I do the first set of each exercise before starting the second sets or do I do all sets in each exercise before moving to the folling exercises? What is the rest period between sets and exercises? Please help!!!

Complete the 3 or 4 sets in each movement and then move on to the next. Rest about a minute between sets.
Remember if your just starting into this, your diet is the #1 factor in your success. Make sure you are eating right for the goals you want to accomplish. Also, make your sets challenging. It should be hard to complete the desired amount of repetitions in each set. Don't be like so many other beginners that just mindlessly complete their sets without actually challenging their selves! GOOD LUCK!
