Hey all,
So here is my question. I eat about every hour. It is always healthy and small. I would say I snack every hour instead of any complete meals. Is that ok? I feel like I am always eating but if it is all healthy it should it just be feeding my metabolism?
Thanks!!!

?Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won?t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It?s not just in some of us; it?s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.?

Grazing is much healthier than gorging. Keep it up.

I'd recommend counting your calories for a few days, it will give you an idea of how much you are eating. It can be easy to over-run your calorie goals if you're constantly eating.

I actually do count the calories and make separate containers for each dish. Its just that I dont eat all of it at once, and my snacks are also included in this.

Nickibabee, you may want to fill out your profile and list some of your accomplishments. You mentioned a few in the pro forum but many here don't know what you've managed to do.

What are you "grazing" on?
are you getting all your servings of fruits and veggies?
12 plus meals a day can add up to alot...depending on what your eating.

Well....In the am I start with egg whites at 9am, then snack on carrots, and fruit, and around 11 I have a can of tuna no mayo, at 12 I will have a salad no dressing, at 1 I will have some fruit or cottage cheese(non fat), at 2 I have a cup of cheerios with non fat milk, at 3-4 I will have some grilled chicken...it's just an example but I am constantly eating. So it really varies but I do eat a lot.:(
