Does anyone know an exercise for upper hamstrings... just underneath the tush? I'm doing straight-leg deadlifts, but was wondering if there was something else I can add.
I currently do lunges, squats, leg presses, and sitting leg curls (no lying leg curl machine at my gym) for surrounding areas, but they do very little for upper hamstrings.
