hi guys..ve got a little doubt ..do u recommand free hand exercises like push ups dips r pull up before starting the regular weight training..should they(all the three) be done daily before workouts
Maybe as a warm-up before weight training. You don't have to, but I suppose it would limber-up your muscles. I wouldn't go crazy with it. Maybe just enough to get you ready for the weight. You could just start with a warm-up set with substantially lighter weight as well. It depends on your body weight as it relates to your strength too. If your a big person, then dips/pull-ups might be too heavy to just start into without some kind of a light warm up first.
