I own some workout equipment and I love to use them all. I do not get tired doing the workouts that I have been doing becuase I have been following the workouts provided me with my profile. It only gives like 2 to 4 workouts a day but I love to workout to my max when I work out and I just don't feel it after only working my arms or only working my legs. I am easily discouraged for some reason by many different things. Also another problem that I have is that I can't do some of the workouts with the machines that I have. Can one of the awesome moderators of this site please help me with a workout routine that will maybe help me to complete a full workout. My equipment consists of: the older and original bowflex, total gym xl, stationary bike, the perfect push up things, gazel glider, ab lounger and free weights (no free weight bench though). I love to work out and I know my limits on the weight that I can use and I understand how to step up the weights as I go but I need a better starting point with more workouts in one day and I need to figure out exactly how and where to add the interval cardio training and so forth. I don't mean to ask the same questions as everyone else on this site and I am sorry if I did but please help me with this. I love this site and am looking forward to meeting my goals using this site. Thanks,

Also I do not have any restictions on working out and I am about 32lbs overweight but in fairly good shape as far as lifting weights and so forth. The fat that I am trying to lose is from having twins 4 months ago and it is mostly in my stomach. I understand that there is no such thing as spot reduction and I am not asking for that, I am asking for a good toning and fat lost plan for the equipment that I own. Thanks again.

Hi Brenda - I am not too familiar with the bowflex or total body gyms... Take a look at the WSSC challenge threads and the workout routines there - I think all the challenge participants will agree that the workouts are tough, that they get results and that you can easily adapt them for your equipment.
can you lie the wrong direction on your bowflex bench to use it like a free weight bench?

the biggest factor in losing bodyfat is going to be your diet.

The WSSC also has a cardio thread - check that out too.

I am not sure what you mean by more workouts in a day? Working out once a day is plenty, and then you could do cardio at a different time of day, but you won't recover well if you work out more than once a day.

Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they\'re yours.

Ok, I will check out the other posts on here. What I meant about working out more than once a day is I am wanting to work more than one muscle in a day. On the workouts that I have been doing according to my profile has had me working one muscle a day and I don't seem to get tired from that. I am bipolar and am not currently taking any meds to sleep but a real good, hard workout usually helps with that and being that I hate to take meds, I am just trying to get something to tire me and shape me at the same time. I am sorry for not explaining it better before. Thank you so much for the reply and I am looking forward to losing this baby fat and becoming a healthier and better me. Oh, and yes I can turn around on the bowflex if I remove the leg extensions attatchment which is no problem. To me the bowflex bands do not compare to free weights anyway but it is fun to use and it makes you feel good when you add the extra bands on there to make it look like you are lifting more. LOL, motivation booster is what I call it and use it for. As far as the total gym goes, it is hard to explain and to me there are few exercises on it and I don't understand the breakdown of the weight that you use when using it so I rarely use it at all. But my husband loves it so that is why we still have it. Anyway, Thanks again.
