I started a serious diet and exercise plan around 2 weeks ago, and I've lost 5 pounds.

I'm proud of myself.

Congratulations!!!
I myself am part of the battle of the extra pounds so I know how much effort it takes and how hard it can be at times to stick with it. However, it is worth it and you should be proud. Keep up the good work.

WOW!! good job! I'm still on a diet plan, its only been 2 days so I'm crossing my fingers!
