I just completed my 1st week of the special 12-week mass and 12-week abs and was looking ahead to the next week. I noticed the workout is exactly the same minus a different calf exercise. Is this our the rest of the workout program goes, or are the first few weeks just to get my feet wet and variation will gradually come? Thanks

i'm doing mine and some of the exercises might not change too too much , but they should vary each week , like one week i have incline cable crossover , the next week i dont and the week after i have it again , so i think its normal.

You don't need to switch your workout every week, or every other week for that matter. Most people will stick with a workout betweek 3 and 8 weeks before switching it up.
You will have a similar if not exactly the same workout for a few weeks.
