when you want to put your reps and weights, and your working with dumbells, do you put the weight of 1 of the dumbells, or do you add the 2 together?
e.g bent over dumbell rows,
35 lbs- 20 reps
or
70 lbs- 20 reps

and another eg.
seated 1 arm cable laterals
15 lbs- 14 reps
or
15 lbs- 28 reps

Input the dumbbell weight used, in your example 1, you did not use 70lb. dumbbells, you used 35 lb.
