My fitness plan says to do 4 set at blank reps with blank weight. I was wondering if it was more efective to start with a higher weight and less reps and as i move on to the next set less weight and more reps was better then starting with light weight and high reps.
It doesn't specify a rep range? I like to start a little lighter with higher reps, warm up the muscle and then get progressively heavier (which means less reps).
