I had the pleasure of working out with a professional trainer named Marcus Arealius, from Bastrop, Texas; he introduced me to the GYM on base here and to the squat. My first lift was 225. I am a natural according to him. He showed me the basics and I added some weights, and BAM 225!!! It is definatly me favorite lift so far... I am currently up to 410lbs!! Only a few weeks of consistency and here I am, all happy.

So this guy named after one of the greatest Roman Ceasars, tells you are a natural. You expect us here to believe that you NEVER ONCE squated and yet on your first EVER squat workout you hit 225? Then is just a FEW weeks you added almost 200? I smell a Huge pile of BS here

Yeah...if I'm understanding this correctly, there's no way that this is true, barring some kind of miracle.

I'm pretty sure that there's no one in Texas named "Marcus Arealius", unless it's some sort of elaborate nickname.

How much do you weigh? I suppose starting out with 225lb for one rep is possible, but still very unlikely.

185lb gain in a few weeks? For a novice, a 50lb gain in a few weeks is possible, but very rare.

I'm going to infer, based upon how unlikely your claims are, that you're full of shit, and need to get your priorities straightened out if posting lies on a forum is your idea of occupying time.

If this is in fact the truth, then I apologize.

I don't care if it's true or not, what's the point?
