I have been working out for over eight weeks now, approximately 4-5 days a week. Over the last four weeks I've increased my intensity and am enjoying the higher intensity as I feel like I've really done something - sweat and all. However, I am not seeing any kind of movement on the scale or in my clothes. I watch what I eat during the week, trying to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories a day. On the weekends I don't binge but I do eat what I want in moderation and don't worry about the 1200-1300 calorie range I try to follow during the week. I'm am getting VERY frustrated by no results, either on the scale or in the way my clothes fit. I currently weigh 246 pounds. I've had a history of bulimia and hope this hasn't totally destroyed my ability to get my metabolism working correctly again.

Help.........(yes, I'm frustrated but I'm not going to stop exercising......yet ;)

Up your calories to about 2,000. My guess is that you are starving your body and it needs more food before it will release the fat stores.

Yep.

Also - what types of workouts are you doing? Just cardio or also weights?
