Suggestion...make time. Try doing circuit training or supersets.

If you really do not have time like you say you don't than you can't do anything with no time!
...but if you do have some time make the most of it.

jww23 - I didn't have any time either...I joined the WSCC Challenge and I get up 1/2 an hour early during the week to do it. It doesn't take alot of time, and I was exhausted prior to doing this. Just couldn't get enough sleep - and now I find I don't seem to need as much sleep...and have a ton more energy -after only 2 weeks! Might be worth a try.

I also have no time right now, So I've taken the last 2 weeks off, the wife and I have just welcomed our first son, and he is only 1 week old, so With no sleep, and no time, (I don't feel its fair for me to work out, and she be at home with him all day, and another 3hrs while I work out).....but I have kept my diet on track during this time, and I try to get out at lunch time to take a small walk. I know its not much, but during this time, its all I can do.
in the coming weeks I will get back into it, as my shifts change, and I have more time. My suggestion, is to work it around your work schedule, before or after work on your way home, and if you truely have no time, then try to fit in anything you can, when you can, and at least keep your deit in check

I guess I am not taking into account "going to the gym" I have some free weights at home, and with the challenge that asimmer has set up - I can do the workouts at home in about 30 - 45 minutes. If you really want to keep up with it, adapt your workouts to be home based - however speeder, with your first baby everything is overwhelming, you may be right in taking a few weeks off....lol

Congratulations on the new baby, Speeder! definitely disrupts your life pattern for a while! Enjoy/cherish every minute of babyhood as best you can, it goes sooo fast! My 'baby' will be 13 this year and I swear she was just born!
Eventually you will get on a routine and find time to work out again!
