Hey,

Im finding it really difficult to lose the fat on my lower stomach (just under my bellybutton), my diet and nutrition is really good and do a lot of cardio and different adnominal exercises but the fat won't budge.

Advice wud really be appreciated! (this is my first post too :D )

Elaborate on "diet and nutrition is really good". Diet helps the belly fat issue.

I eat 6 times a day..

a high fibre cereal for breakfast
a low fat yogurt (midday snack)
usually a jacket potatoe with beans for lunch
a banana before the gym
then for dinner I usually have something high in protein like fish, with a side of mixed veg.

And i drink at least two litres of water a day.
If you think you can improve my diet, please suggest away :)

What is your height/weight? That doesn't seem like much food, you could be starving your body.

Sounds like a lot of carbs. I think you could use some more protein and a lot more food!

Try the nutrition board there is a post there with a red thunb tack next to it by bb1fit it's called "dieting thread" (or something similar) and its full of good information. I used it mixed with south beach diet and I can actually fit into jeans one size smaller within a week. (I followed the South Beach Diet for the first two weeks but made sure I ate 1g of protien per pound) and Im on the third week now where you can add HEALTHY whole carbs. Whatever you can stick with. I find you can eat a ton of healthy food over a little bit of junk food in daily calories.
