Just wondering if anyone could tell me if my excersie routine will work:
3 sets of 8 pushups
3 sets of 8 Dumbell bicep curls (starting at 10 pounds each dumbell and gradually increasing)
3 sets of 8 (the excersise when you start with the dumbell at your side and raise them towards the outside. Similar to flapping like a bird).
Im not trying to get huge bodybuilding biceps or shoulders but I would like to add a noticable amount. Will these excersise add muscle efficiently? I will be training every other day and eating a far amount of meat. Also, if it will work, how much muscle can I hope to put on in a week? month? Year? etc. When will I notice a big difference in the size of my arms? Thanks for your time.
