i just read that weight training should be done before cardio but is that the same for someone who is trying to lose weight

Yes, as a general rule. The stance is that if you do cardio first(and we are talking 'heavy' cardio), that your weights will suffer. However, doing weights first, you should be able to do heavier weights, thus more efficiently overloading the muscle, which in the long run will result in more productivity. However, this is a personal choice, and do what works best for you. Many like cardio first.

thank you so much now i have alot of muscle as is i just want to uncover it by that i mean the fat around it so is it better to do light weights more reps or less reps heavy weights
