I must say thank you to every one here. I'm only in my second week and already I can feel and see a small diffrence. I've lost 2 lbs (I know may be water weight), and have been able to lift more. This morning alone I moved up 10 lbs on squats with no problem. I think I could have done more since I did more reps on the last set then the one before and with more weight.

I plan on getting a 1 yr membership as soon as I get done with a project and get the money from it. This is saying alot since I was going to use the money to exspand my game playing ablity. :big_smile:
