Ok, since I started my diet last friday I was doing good on watching how much I eat. I still am but now I'm hungry all the time. Going from skipping to meals in a day to being hungry after eating breakfest is not all that great.

Is this normal?

Are you getting enough fiber and fat? Fill up on fresh fruits in the morning with your oats and a spoonful of peanut butter, add fresh veggies in at your other meals...

Your metabolism must be picking up - make sure you aren't on too high of a calorie deficit - you have to add in your daily expenditure and exercise expenditure and just effect a slight deficit from your diet.

Deff make sure your cal deficit is not too low...you should be taking in at least 2-2200 cal's, as a min.

I believe from past posts your having alot of shakes to increase protien, and cal's, you might want to switch that up to some real food, should help with hunger.

As Asimmer mentioned, your metabolism is likely starting to pick up, and hunger is a side effect of this, esp when you are on a diet with a Calorie Deficit, just make sure that you are taking in enough Cal's.

I'll look into my cal intake. Thanks. I was looking at adding fruits into my breakfest at the beginnig of the week but I think I'll now start tomarrow.

Speeder. I really was not looking at the shakes as a food filler but more for the protien, however I do see how the cals add to me eating less food. I'll see what I can do to adjust it.

How do I calculate my Expenditures? I know on cardio since I have to use machines I can get it off the workout summry but what about lifting and daily? Should I just use I activity level and guess about how much for my daily?

I think I can do that. I might be able to sign out a HR monitor. I need to know because most of my day is sitting behind a desk, however I must get up and go other places off and on plus put records back on my shelfs.

Thanks for the info

Look into fitday.com, they have a feature where you can attempt to figure out your daily expenditure.

Be careful about overanalyzing everything here.
