How much should I weigh?

I'm a 14 year old male whos 5'8.
I was wondering how much I should weigh for my age and height.

Right now I'm at 160.
I think I'm a bit overweight, but by how much?

Any info would be helpful :)

5'8 160...is a decent weight, It really comes down to body makeup, as to whether you can lose some or not, but I don't think from those stats that your overweight. BMI would put you right about that weight.

If your concerned then a weights program would help to build some mass, and intime the fat issue will disappear.

I don't think that you're overweight now. But remember that you are still growing since your 14....you need to start eating healthy and getting some exercise or you will become overweight.

Okay, I'm 24,5'4 & about 165 or 170. How much am I over weight? And does anyone have ANY thoughts on how to help me lose weight?? I eat way too much all the time. I've tried diet pills & I just don't know what to do. I just want to eat all the time & not go anywhere or do anything b/c I don't feel good about myself. Can anyone help me??:(
