I am on an exercise and diet routine. I'm interested in losing fat around my mid section, but nowhere else. Would a transdermal (such as LipoDerm etc.) help? I am not looking for any magic pills or naything, but I would love if something could help me target specific fat a little.
Also, is there a way to build my chest up and cut fat at the same time, or would this be impossible?
