Hi there,

I'm on week one of my program (week 2 at the gym) and I'm going on vacation on Fri Feb 29 - Fri Mar 7. I was thinking that I could start next week on Sunday so I get the full week in but I'm wondering about the week that I'm away. Should I just continue with week 3 when I return or should I start a new 8 week program?

I think you could just pick up where you left off.

You might want to find a gym where you are vacationing and at least get some type of workouts in :)
