You can lose a significant amount of weight in three months. If you average two pounds per week, that's 24 pounds. Just make sure you do it a healthy way.

Read the forums, get a fitness program and eat a healthy diet and you'll be on your way.

Just drinking a lot of water on a regular basis will help with quick weight loss. Plus drinking plenty of water is key to a healthy body. There are sites online that you can go to that will tell you how much water you should be drinking. Basically if you don't drink a good amount of water on a regular basis your body will start to store whatever water it takes in in fear that it won't have a significant amount of water for a long time.
