Fill out your profile or tell us more about yourself. It is hard for anyone to tell you if that is a good choice or not without knowing anything about you.

Ok so , i tried out the machine and find it works really well ,
i tried it in a store, but what do you guys think about this machine , if you have experience wit hit of course, i am looking to get cut and build muscle , at the gym i wouldnt have any spotters and this one secures that feeling. let me know what you think.

if you want to get cut then working out to failure, or the point where you'd need a spotter isn't your best choice. start doing your cardio.
