I know this is a bit silly,but I am a woman who gains muscle tone VERY easily. I love my calves when I don't work out because they are shapely but thin. However, when I start working out, even on the treadmill or stairmaster, they get huge! It is also a business issue because I am a part time model and I need my legs to look a certain way. Should I do yoga?
