If you guys hadn't noticed, Leo has been adding some new videos. I just got done watching the newest one.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCcYge_p8l0&feature=user

1. awesome muscle-ups

2. 375 looked like it went up easy

3. You probably could have got 395 if your spotter wasn't a complete moron. The guy held onto the bar on the eccentric and you said "I got it" and he let go. Then he takes a step back so if you actually needed help he was not there to give it. How are you supposed to concentrate and stay tight if you have to let your spotter know that he can let go of the bar?

So close to 4 plates. Very inspirational. Thanks for the videos.

It seeems like the some of the videos are of different quality. What do you use to record the videos?

Merill thanks. Wasnt the best of workouts but I was set on getting a video of muscle ups. I am still recovering after my last Deadlift/OHP session(675 deadlift, 275 push press PR). The bench wasnt quite close to my PR but I still felt like I had 395-405 in that workout had everything gone smoothly. Perhaps I can close in on my 425 old PR.

Current goals: 455-465 squat hopefully next workout, 300 push press, 585 sumo deadlift.

Gotta attribute recent successes to my new Inzer 13mm lever belt. That thing is truly a beauty and vastly different from any belt I have tried prior to it.

Still use my Sony Cybershot 7.2mg. I started using windows movie maker to edit the videos recently.

Next week is my 1 yr anniversary of training. I want to make a video log of my PRs. I am planning on getting a digital camera to record the videos. This will be my first time doing singles in any lift. I plan on a one day 3 lift session. Deadlift, Squat, and Bench. If I am not totally shredded by the end I will do weighted chins. My goals are
Sumo Deadlift 350
Squat 350
Bench 250

Hopefully I can get a decent spotter (they are hard to come by).

I do not plan on using a belt for any of my lifts. Does the Inzer belt help stabilize your lower back?

The only belts I have used are the old fashioned Leather strap type.

I would not advise maxing in all lifts on 1 day as it's very taxing on the CNS and you're likely going to underperform on later lifts.

Yes inzer helps improve core stabilization. I think it's more vital for the abdominals than lower back.

good luck on your PRs.

I will probably split the lifts on MWF then. Bench on Monday, Squat on Wednesday, and Deadlift on Friday.

Nice. Working that hard to the not-so-hardcore sounds of Elton John... That's the impressive part!

BTW, I have an Inzer forever 10mm lever. The thing is indestructable.

Yes! I noticed that too. I would ask for something a little more aggresive to listen too. I bet the next song, not on video, was Olivia Newton John's "Let's get physical."

Yea the music in the background was depressing to say the least.

10mm is a great belt. I think it's probably better for deadlifts and bench. However I think 13mm is probably better for squatting. I was thinking of buying a 10mm if I could get it cheaper on ebay or something...
