Hey,
My family just bought a weider full body 5000 machine. I converted my exercise plan here to machines but most of the exercises cannot be done on my weider... Should I switch the plan back to no machines or could someone tell me what the equivelent (Spelling?) of certain exercises is on my machine.
The Total Body 5000 is alot like a Total Gym, if that helps any.
Thanks!
Cliff

I just looked and I can't find any exercises on the list that I can do exactly the same way. The Machine I have is one of those that uses your own body weight, no free weights or anything... I cannot join a gym right now so I'm kinda wondering what the heck I should do...

the machine most likely has a fold out brouchre that will hve what it can do. It should come with a workout guide

Would it work to substitute the FT exercises for ones the affect the same area? It did come with a poster showing what It can do... but its really different from the things FT shows.
Thanks,
