As of right now I am 6'2 about 215 - 220lbs. Gaining weight has always been a challenge for me due to a high metabolism. My diet consists of;

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ glass of milk, 2 pieces of wheat bread Protein Shake
Mid Morning: Banana, Peanut Butter
Lunch: Yogurt, Apple, Two Sandwiches
Mid Afternoon: Chicken and Rice, protein shake, peanut butter
Gym: 1 1/2 - 2 hours
Dinner: Whatever I feel like cooking varies every night.

Daily calorie intake is about 3000 with about 100 - 150 grams of protein. Fat

Any other recommendations would be great. Thanks

I do switch up diet consistently. That is just an example of one of my days.

That's your problem, 3,000 calories is barely enough for me to gain weight at a slow rate and I weigh 160 pounds. You need to be eating at a minimum 3,500 calories, if not even 4,000 per day if you want to get to 240.

Throw in some olive oil with your dinner, eat some walnuts or almonds. Bottom line, eat more.

Ok... any specific workout to target the lower outside portion of your pecs? Bent over dips are the only thing that seems to work. Any other suggestions?
