Hi skelsey. Do a fit buddy search on the WSSC diet plan. Very helpful, and effective. Hope that helps. Good luck! Keep up the good work lifting and exercising!

One thing we all have to keep in mind also, we are all not the same. Our hormonal levels allow some of us to 'gain' like banshee's, while others struggle to gain an ounce. By gains I mean gain muscle or lose fat, whichever is your priority. One thing though we can never, ever do is give up. Giving up will give you results you know are bad. Stay with things, look to your diet, get that in order, and keep doing what you can. Health is the bottom line, always remember this.
