I have been working out for almost two months now 5 days a week. For the most part I have done 35 minutes cardio on the treadmill in the morning, running about 3.5 miles on it, and coming back in the afternoon to lift. I feel comfortable and confident with my training, but my diet has me worried. I know a lot of people have already posted on this but I am reading all of these different threads and it really just has me confused. Also I have really just begun to live on my own and going to the grocery store and trying to pick out "healthy" foods has left me even more confused. Basically i have no clue what to do with my diet. Im 6'2" 200lbs and need to cut this freshman 15. Thanks!
Go to the diet and nutrition forum and open the sticky at the top titled something like food for healthy living, look at the food listed on there and try to stick to that list.
Avoid anything fried, cut out soda and candy, etc.
