My fellow athletes i.e. those over 60. I am finding it very difficult to tighten fleshy and baggy bit between belly button and top of legs. Are there some exercises that can help, which don't include swinging around on things?

Probably not. functional training is your key and goal at this stage of your life. Most weight training will do little for 'baggy/loose skin'. What it does is for 'underneath', which of course will have some effect. But nothing drastic if the issues are large so to speak. This should not sway you in any way from doing what you are doing, use mind into muscle, this will keep you at least with 'hope'. The benefits other than the obvious stated in your post are immense, and do not lose site of this. The forest for the trees so to speak.

Thanks.
Luckily I am not overly overweight but I thought that my body needed adjusting on a small scale.

A baseball is a round ball about 3" in diameter, but that is not important right now.

Does anyone have any input as to how to equalize muscle between the strong right and the weak left side. The affected area is left shoulder which was dislocated when I was 16, I'm now 52. I need to rebuild the left tricep, bicep, lat and shoulder to equalize the sides. I have tried unilateral training but obviously to me,not in the proper way.I have tended to use the higher rep method so far but I really am looking for some breakthrough!
