About a year ago I gained 20 pounds. I just recently lost all 20 and a little more. At this point in time I am just trying to tone up and lose my lower belly fat. I had a little lower belly fat before and now I still have some. I run about 4 miles everyday and lift weights. i work out my abs 3 times a week and I eat really well. I need some advice on some things I can do to lose it. I started with my stomach being 35 inches it is now 29 1/2 inches. I measure my stomach and I believe that with all belly fat gone I would be like 26 1/2 or 26. I need some advice thank you

You weigh 117, I don't think you need to lose any more weight. Start doing weights before cardio and build some muscle, it will do you better in the long run.

Sounds like you are already doing a good job with it.
If you do change your w.o. scheme, try cutting out the crunches and upper stomach muscle exercises, and try exercises that utilize more of the lower stomach muscles (leg lifts and such).
And as I have learned from Bb1 and this board, cardio doesn't play that vital of a role in losing fat. I mean to say doing cardio 2 or 3 times a week is probably good enough. And like ecle5c says, try lifting more weights. It seems that (many) girls get scared when they lift weights because they don't want to look "butch", but if it helps, look at my picture to the left. I"ve been lifting weights for years, and I'm still scrawny. :)
Good luck
