I am new to this site so please forgive me if I am on the wrong forum for this but. I am looking to get my abs to show. I am 185lbs 6'1 athletic build workout everyday by doing an ab routine, upper body workout, then about 30 minutes cardio and sometimes play some basketball with friends. I have got my calorie, protein, and carbs intake taken care of but not sure how much fat I should be taking in per day. If someone could lead me in the right direction that would be very helpful for me :) I also eat about 6 times a day (small meals) like i should, drink a lot of water and am on supplements.

Now that I am looking at my plan I see what I should be having to maintain where I am now but I would like to know what I should be having to lose fat and become more lean. I am suppose to have 360 carbs, 360 protein, 3082 calories, and 105 fat. What should I be at for all of those in order to lose fat and become more lean so that I can gain muscle and be able to see my 6-pack? Thank you for your help.

If toy want to lean up, then you need to be operating in a caloric deficit every day. 3000 calories seems like a lot to me, almost like if you were trying to add mass instead of gaining cuts and leaning up.
If you want to get lean keep working out but take in around 2000 calories a day. Try taking in less fat and simple carbs as well.
An ab routine twice a week may help also to further define the muscles.

As you lower your caloric intake, namely from carbs, be sure to increase your W3 intake.
