Ok, so im 151 lbs and 5ft 11"
i want to lose the last 8 lbs, and i have 2-3 weeks to do it in...
Im planing on weight training monday to fri AM
and doing 20 minutes of HIIT monday to friday in the evenings...i heard that doing HIIT everyday can be counterproductive...is this true is my case?
anyone?

or alternatively...could i do 20 minutes of HIIT straight after my weight training as it would make my day alot easier, without having to go back to the gym

Do it in the morning, I've found that to be the most effective time after time. Just adjust your diet correctly and you should be fine. Of course it all depends on your goals, but if just dropping some weight is what you're after that'll do it.

If it were me I'd do the cardio in the AM and lift in the PM. It depends on your goals and time constraints.
There are nearly infinite things you can do in the AM to get your heart-rate up w/out needing the gym or a machine. Try 3-5 solid minutes of jumping jacks, or 30 second alternating sets of jumping squats and sprawls, or push-ups and sit ups, or hell, all of the above! And none require a gym.
