An FYI for all of us strength science nuts...

After many hours of analysis and editing, the first National Geographic show named Super Strength is ready to air today, October 22nd at 10:00 pm on the National Geographic Channel.

Also airs:
Tuesday, October 23, 1A
Monday, October 29, 6P

Some of the worlds strongest men meet cutting-edge CGI and force-measurement technology to discover how they surpass the limits of ordinary strength and become... superhuman.

Please take a few seconds to check out the link below for a preview. (Please be patient thru the short commercial.)

Also, Sport Science on the Fox Sports Network is still airing on Sunday nights at 9:00 pm (with re-runs throughout the week).

My friend David Sandler is one of the chief exercise scientists for these programs, so I'm trying to get as many people as possible to watch it.

Thanks for your support, and email me with any questions.

The first half of this was AWESOME. I would have liked more information as far as some of the things are concerned, but I'm a geek like that.

The second half was better than nothing, but could have been more strength and less parlor trick oriented. As Mike Zylinski put it, "I can tear a phonebook and bend a G5 but still came in last place at my last contest".

I'd rather have seen twice the truck pulling and half the brick smashing.
