question about fetta cheese

is it fatening to have everyday as a lunch snack a slice of fetta cheese 25g/ protein5.2g on a wholegrain crisp bread with veggies or BETTER to have cottage cheese instead,thanks:)

I'd say cottage cheese would probably be better for you, but maybe one of the fitness experts here will say differently.
