what is the best weight loss supplement? There are so many out there, i don't know which to choose. I thought about Hydroxycut, but i just don't know???:(

there is no *one* magic pill that works for *everyone*...each one contains a combination of different ingredients that may work for one person but not necessarily for another...

im sorry to say but its all about trial and error...and that can really hurt the wallet..

your best bet is to get your diet/eat habit mastered...timing your foods/and eating the right foods properly around your training/cardio can boost your metabolism better than any weight loss/thermogenic supplement...

if your stuck on a plateau then drop your calories by 200-400 for a few weeks and/or add another 20-30 mins of cardio a few days a week for a few weeks..

weight loss supplements are not meant to be taken long term..so when you stop taking then what?.....loosing weight slowly is ideal anyways...

However, playing devil's advocate here, i have to say ive tried a few myself...the side effects suck, they are costly but can be quite effective...and taken with really super clean diet you can see results....

but ill restate what i did earlier..you will only know by trial and error...and you have to give them time to work(atleast 4 wks)...
