hey guys
tell me what you think of this for a training regime. my main goal is to be fit enough to play rugby, loose my little belly and tone up, Hopefully by december. 3 times a week i go to the gym doing weights working my whole body (3 sets of 20 reps)and then to finish off i run about 1.2kms using interval training. so far i been running for 1 minute then jogging 5. all up i got 3 minutes of running done.
