How much cardio...

can anyone please tell me how much cardio i should be doing for fat loss ? i was thinking 25 minutes three times a week will this be the best way ?

Well do cardio first thing in the morning as I have found it burns alot more fat.

Try about 20 mins of Jogging, then jump rope 100 times.
Then 15 mins of cardio, and jump rope 100 more times.

Do that, or something like that about 3-4 times a week.

35 mins of Cardio and 200 jump rope's, really work for me, lol.

Another user suggested it, and it works nicely.

Is that true that AM cardio burns a lot more fat??

There's been lot's of discussion about AM cardio and burning more fat. My personal opinion is that you should do cardio when it is most convenient for you-that way you'll stay motivated to do it. If you really want to burn more fat, introduce HIIT, interval training, to your routine, that'll have far more effect than the time of day. You can do a Fitbuddy search on both morning cardio and HIIT to get more information.
