Quest. Fitness Plan: Specialized Goals

Hello!

I am trying to access the "Specialized Goals" link on the Fitness plan section in order to do the "8 weeks tone tighs & glutes" and "12 weeks ab blast," but I am unable to access it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I am almost sure you need to have the pro membership in order to have access to that, although I could be mistaken.

You can access that without a paid membership, but you have to be entered as intermediate level or above. You can not sign up for those plans (aside from the 12 week abs) as a beginner status.

Thanks Amy!! I've been trying to figure that one out too. I have the 12 week abs, but wanted the thigh and glutes too. Guess I'll just have to work up to it. I don't want to push myself too hard until I get my flexability and strength built up more.
