do you need to watch what what you eat to gain muscle ? im 15 and skinny and i wanna get stronger but there isnt much to eat thats doesnt have alot of calories, if i want to get stronger do i have to watch what i eat ?
what if i want a six pack but im already really skinny do i still need to watch what i eat ? or is that only if u wanna lose weight ?
It is more about howmuch you eat if you're trying to gain muscle. I'm not saying go eat pizza and french fries all day but make sure you're getting enough calories first and foremost to gain.
Personally you don't sound like you want diet advice, but you already know that is the answer to both of your questions.
